# Email Verification
## Learn how to verify your email and complete your order.
#### **Trouble Registering? Email Not Validating**
If you’re having trouble creating your account because your email address isn’t being accepted, don’t worry—this is usually a quick fix.
### **Why is my email not working?**
There are a few common reasons why an email may not validate:
- A typo or missing character (example: “.com” instead of “.co”)
- Extra spaces before or after the email address
- The email domain may not be active or set up to receive messages
- The email may have been entered incorrectly during checkout
### **How to check if your email is valid**
You can quickly test your email using a free online tool:

**Steps:**
1. Go to the link above
2. Enter your email address
3. Click “Verify”
4. Review the results to see if your email is valid and able to receive messages
If the tool shows your email is **invalid**, try using a different email address or correcting any errors.

### **Helpful Tip**
When you make a purchase, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provide.
If you’re purchasing a Digital Gold Card/Ticket, that email will also include your access details and a link to the app, another reason it’s important to make sure your email is entered correctly.
If you’ve completed your purchase and don’t see the email, please be sure to check your junk or spam folder as well.
