All you need to know about our gourmet popcorn and nuts!

When will will the supporters/customers receive their order?

Orders will be fulfilled within a week and shipped within 2-3 weeks from day of purchase. 

If it has been over 3 weeks from the date of their receipt please have them email us at orders@goldathletics.com.

Will they receive tracking when their order ships?

Yes, Tracking is emailed to them once the order has been fulfilled, email comes from tracking@shipstation.com. Please have them check their spam folder if they do not see the email. 

How are orders shipped?

Orders are meticulously hand-packed and shipped using FedEx 2nd Day Air, ensuring swift delivery to the supporters doorstep. Once the order is on its way, they will receive tracking details via email to keep them in the loop. If temperatures are higher in their area, especially for orders with sweet varieties, rest assured that we include dry ice or ice packs to maintain freshness and product integrity during transit. We strive to make sure the items arrive in perfect condition, and their satisfaction is our priority.

Who makes the popcorn and nuts?

We have an exclusive partnership Popinsanity Artisanal Popcorn because they pride themselves on producing delicious specialty popcorn using the finest ingredients. They excel at crafting gift-worthy packaging and custom flavors that please every palate!

How long does popcorn stay fresh?

Our gourmet popcorn is hand-crafted in small batches daily. All our items are marked with a “best before” date.  Custom Team Tins stay fresh for 2 months from when they are shipped. Our artisans recommend storing uneaten portions in an air-tight container to maintain freshness.

Which popcorn flavors are gluten free?

Most of our flavors do not contain any gluten excluding Cookies and Cream & S’mores. However, we are not a gluten-free facility (yet). We cannot prevent cross contamination due to shared equipment during the cooking and packing process – We do however clean the equipment thoroughly between each batch. Therefore, our products are not labeled or sold as gluten free.

Are these products vegan friendly?

Most of our flavors are vegan friendly but we are not vegan certified (yet), however only our S’mores, Rocky Road and Peppermint Hot Chocolate flavors are NOT vegan as they contain kosher fish gelatin. We do not use any meat or dairy in our products or equipment, which makes us vegetarian-friendly.

Are these products kosher or halal?

We are Certified Kosher Parve under the supervision of the Orthodox Union of America (OU) and Rabbi Yaakov Twerski.  While none of our recipes contain pork, lard, or alcohol ingredients, Popinsanity currently does not have a halal certification. All products are certified Kosher Parve (Non-Dairy) which naturally makes them halal friendly as well.

Where can I tell the customer/supporter to find allergen information?

Products may contain coconut, soy, tree nuts & wheat. In addition, they are manufactured in a plant that processes soy, peanuts, tree nuts and wheat products. All of our products have clear Allergen information on the back of each bag or product as well as on the product page on this website. 

What dietary restrictions should they be aware of?

Do the 12oz bags of popcorn weigh 12oz?

No, the popcorn is by volume not by weight.
