Order will be fulfilled within a week and shipped within 2-3 weeks from day of purchase.

Will I received tracking when my order ships?

How is my order shipped?
Orders are meticulously hand-packed and shipped using FedEx 2nd Day Air, ensuring swift delivery to your doorstep. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details via email to keep you in the loop. And if temperatures are higher in your area, especially for orders with sweet varieties, rest assured that we include dry ice or ice packs to maintain freshness and product integrity during transit. We strive to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition, and your satisfaction is our priority.
- Quick Freezing: Initially, the candy is rapidly frozen, causing the moisture to solidify and the sugars to stabilize in a cold state.
- Vacuum Application: The frozen candy is then placed in a vacuum chamber, significantly lowering the surrounding pressure and the water’s boiling point.
- Sublimation Magic: In this vacuum state, the solid water (ice) in the candy undergoes sublimation, transitioning directly into vapor without becoming liquid.
- Sugar Expansion: As the water vaporizes, the structure of the candy expands. This unique phenomenon occurs as the tightly packed sugar crystals within the candy become airy and porous, giving the candy its characteristic crunch.
- Dehydration & Intensification: The removal of moisture through sublimation results in a thoroughly dehydrated product. This not only preserves the candy but also intensifies its flavors and gives it a fascinating, crunchy texture.
