When will will the supporters/customers receive their order?

Orders will be fulfilled within a week and shipped within 2-3 weeks from day of purchase. 

If it has been over 3 weeks from the date of their receipt please have them email us at orders@goldathletics.com.

How will their order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via FedEx. 1-2 units ship priority 2-day and 3 or more units (including variety packs) ship 3-5 days ground.

Is the cookie dough edible?

Yes, the cookie dough is prepared with a heat-treated flour, ensuring it is safe to consume raw.

What do they do if their cookie dough arrives thawed?

Don't panic! Our cookie dough is "shelf stable" at room temperature at 77 degrees or below up to 21 days, in the fridge for 6 months, and in the freezer for 12 months. It can also be frozen and thawed repeatedly without fear of contamination or compromising the flavor. As long as the packing remains intact and undamaged, they can store their cookie dough in the freezer or fridge, depending on how quickly they plain to gobble it up!

Is it true that your cookie dough can be left out at room temperature for 21 days?

Yes. Our cookie dough has been tested and approved for a rating of shelf stability by Eurofins, the world’s largest and most respected food and pharmaceutical testing company. Eurofins employs over 15,000 technicians throughout 190 laboratories in 37 countries. The credibility of our testing process is second to none.

What makes your cookies Shelf Stable?

It’s in the ingredients. Lots of cookies are made with eggs and butter, but they are also the ingredients where bacteria can grow. We use whey protein, which is a common egg substitute in baking, and a Certified Sustainable palm oil shortening. These ingredients not only make our cookies Shelf Stable but also taste great!

Do you add any preservatives to your cookie dough?

No, we do not add preservatives to our cookie dough. Some of the ingredients we purchase may contain preservatives. For example, chocolate products (like in our M+M Cookies) almost always have soy lecithin added.

How does the nutritional analysis compare to other cookie dough brands?

Yes, they will find that most of the ingredients used are like other cookie dough products. However, with so many brands on the market we can’t speak for everyone. Our nutrition facts and ingredients are all listed on each box/tub and are available as a simple PDF download for them to compare.

Are any of your cookie dough flavors allergy-free?

We do have cookie dough flavors that exclude nuts, but all of our cookie dough products are manufactured on equipment that processes tree nuts.

Are these manufactured in nut-free/gluten free/dairy free facility?

Manufactured in the same equipment that manufactures almond, peanut, walnut, pecan, macadamia nut, coconut, milk, soy, wheat and egg products.

Is the cookie dough kosher?

Yes, our cookie dough is Kosher Certified.

How much does a 2.25lb tub of Cookie Dough make?

2.25lb tub is 36oz, so I like to say it makes 36- 1oz cookies

Is the cookie dough safe to eat if the seal on container is expanded?

Absolutely!

Where does the cookie dough get manufactured and shipped from?

Expiration Date

The instructions on the tub with the 6 months in the refrigerator and 12 months in the freezer are from when the product is delivered. All of that product was made recently, we do not store months of product in our freezers, it goes out pretty quickly after its been made.

Each tub does have code printed on the side that we can internally match to the manufacturer date, if a problem arises we can trace back. If the customer wants to send us a photo of that code, we can certainly research further for them.

How do I bake these cookies?

Directions to bake the cookies are located on the tub.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spoon desired amount onto un-greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown (baking time may vary depending upon your oven).
  4. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute.
  5. Transfer to cooling rack for additional cooling.
