# Product FAQ's: Artisan Soft Pretzels
## Question about pretzels? Read on for more info.
**When will the supporters/customers receive their order?**
Orders will be fulfilled within a week and shipped within 2-3 weeks from day of purchase.
If it has been over 3 weeks from the date of their receipt please have them email us at orders@goldathletics.com.
**Will I received tracking when my order ships?**
Yes, Tracking is emailed to you once the order has been fulfilled, email comes from tracking@shipstation.com. Please be sure to check your spam folder.
**How is their order shipped?**
UPS Ground
**Are the pretzels shipped frozen?**
No. We ship all our pretzels fresh the day they are baked. Please have them follow the enclosed instructions upon delivery.
**How perishable are these pretzels?**
Pretzels should be frozen the day they arrive if they are not consumed. All pretzels come in a freezer safe bag ready for easy storage.
**How long do they last in the freezer? How about the refrigerator?**
Pretzels should not be stored in the refrigerator. However, our pretzels will last in the freezer for up to 6 months from the day they are received! If they aren't going to eat them all right away, they should put them into the freezer right away.

**Can they heat the pretzels any other way?**
We recommend that they heat up the pretzels using a conventional oven or toaster oven to provide an authentic pretzel experience.
**Are these pretzels gluten free?**
No they are not.
**Are these products vegan friendly?**
No, they are not as we use butter in our dough.
**What dietary restrictions should I be aware of?**
Wheat and milk are used in the dough but the pretzels are peanut and tree nut free.
**Where are these made and shipped from?**
Milwaukee Wisconsin
**Where are the ingredients sourced?**
Ingredients are US sourced
**Can a supporter return or exchange an item from a school fundraiser?**
No, orders placed through school fundraising campaigns are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a specific issue with the order (such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item).
Please note: Fundraiser items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not handled or warehoused by Gold Athletics. Additionally, proceeds from these sales go directly to support the school, which limits our ability to offer returns or exchanges.
