When will the supporters/customers receive their order?
Orders will be fulfilled within a week and shipped within 2-3 weeks from day of purchase.
If it has been over 3 weeks from the date of their receipt please have them email us at orders@goldathletics.com.
How is their order shipped?

Are the pretzels shipped frozen?
No. We ship all our pretzels fresh the day they are baked. Please have them follow the enclosed instructions upon delivery.
How perishable are these pretzels?
Pretzels should be frozen the day they arrive if they are not consumed. All pretzels come in a freezer safe bag ready for easy storage.
How long do they last in the freezer? How about the refrigerator?
Pretzels should not be stored in the refrigerator. However, our pretzels will last in the freezer for up to 6 months from the day they are received! If they aren't going to eat them all right away, they should put them into the freezer right away.
