When will will the supporters/customers receive their order?

Orders will be fulfilled within a week and shipped within 2-3 weeks from day of purchase. 

If it has been over 3 weeks from the date of their receipt please have them email us at orders@goldathletics.com.

Will they receive tracking when their order ships?

Yes, Tracking is emailed to them once the order has been fulfilled, email comes from tracking@shipstation.com. Please have them check their spam folder if they do not see the email. 

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped USPS Ground

Are Tumblers dishwasher safe?

It's recommended that all tumbler parts are hand-washed to maintain their durability. The  factory claims that excessive heat in dishwashers can break down the copper lining that keeps drinks colder and hotter for longer periods of time. Do NOT microwave.

Will the tumblers keep things hot or cold?

Yes to both! Specifications of each tumbler are in the product description.

Are the tumblers double-walled stainless steel?

Yes, all items are vacuum-insulated dual-wall stainless steel.

Are these powder-coated and a rust free product?

Yes, all the tumblers are powder-coated, and will not rust under normal conditions. Note, exposure to salt-water or chemicals may cause corrosion.

Is there some sort of guarantee that there is no lead in the tumblers?

Our vendor does not use any "plug" at the bottom of their tumblers like Stanley. All of the drinkware is manufactured to meet the Porp 65 requirement of no harmful chemicals, materials, etc. and has had no reported issues/problems since they have been selling stainless steel drinkware.

Can a supporter return or exchange an item from a school fundraiser?

No, orders placed through a fundraiser are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a specific issue with the order (such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item). However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, have the supporter email us at orders@goldathletics.com and we would be happy to provide a replacement.

Please note: Fundraiser items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not handled or warehoused by Gold Athletics. Additionally, proceeds from these sales go directly to support the school, which limits our ability to offer returns or exchanges.
