When will we receive our Earned Rewards?
Your group's Rewards are custom ordered at the end of your fundraiser, decorated with your organization's logo, in the sizes your participants requested. For these reasons, production time can sometimes take up to 4 weeks. Generally speaking though, you will receive the Rewards within 3 weeks of the end date of the fundraiser! Get in touch with our apparel team if you have any questions about your Reward delivery.
When will I receive my fundraiser profits?
Only the most important question there is! Payments are issued within 10 days of the fundraiser closing - then, paper checks are mailed via USPS or an ACH payment is queued - and your money is in your hand 3-5 business days later. If you require an expedited or specialized form of payment, have questions about team checks, or need to connect us to your group's money manager, please give our accounting team a shout.
How quickly will our supporters receive their products?
If the supporter paid with cash or check, they should've received their product from the participant in person at the time of the transaction. If they supported with an online purchase, it depends on the product. Our suppliers ship on different schedules from various locations nationwide. However, 99.9% of purchases arrive within 3 weeks of the date of purchase. If this wasn't the case for one of your supporters, please ask them to email us right away at orders@goldathletics.com to make it right.
Can you Direct Deposit my fundraising profits right into my account?
We'd love to - with GA BlitzPay. A paper check via snail-mail has always been the standard... but the process can drag: delivery moves slowly, checks get misplaced and are easily tampered with. The transition to Direct Deposit payments with GA BlitzPay is simple. Complete our secure payment form before your fundraiser ends (reach out to your Fundraising Coach or our accounting team for access). When your fundraiser ends and your payment is sent to your bank account, your organization's billing contact will receive an email receipt with the details!
