Refunds and Exchanges

Our general policies for products and fundraisers of all types.

 

Please note: Refunds requested after the close of a fundraising campaign will require proof of appropriate cause. Supporter contributions to donation-only campaigns are strictly non-refundable after the campaign has ended.

 

I don't want the product(s) I purchased.

Since your purchase supports a fundraising campaign, we are not typically able to issue refunds once the fundraiser has ended.

My product(s) arrived damaged, or did not arrive at all.

No problem!  Gold Athletics will replace it.

Please email our Order Management team at orders@goldathletics.com with your request and we'll get it re-shipped quickly.


I made an error when I placed my order. 

Quite often, we can make corrections to phone numbers and shipping addresses.

Did you donate too much, forget to add something to your cart, or concerned about combined shipping?
