# Refunds and Exchanges
## Our general policies for products and fundraisers of all types.
***Please note: Refunds requested after the close of a fundraising campaign will require proof of appropriate cause. Supporter contributions to donation-only campaigns are strictly non-refundable after the campaign has ended.***
**I don't want the product(s) I purchased.**
Orders placed through school fundraising campaigns are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a specific issue with the order (such as damage, defects, or receiving the wrong item).
Please note: Fundraiser items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not handled or warehoused by Gold Athletics. Additionally, proceeds from these sales go directly to support the school, which limits our ability to offer returns or exchanges.
