If I buy Sweepstakes tickets, do I get a physical ticket back?

No, all Sweepstakes ticket purchases are handled online to keep the process simple and efficient—especially for the kids. This also helps prevent physical tickets from getting lost. You’ll receive an email receipt confirming your purchase and the number of tickets you received.

When will the sweepstakes winners be announced?

Winners will be randomly selected once the fundraiser ends. Our team will contact all winners directly using the email address provided at checkout. A full list of prize winners will also be shared with the participating coaches and booster organizations.

How are winners notified?

Winners will receive a congratulatory email at the address they used during checkout. Prizes will then be either shipped or emailed directly to them, depending on the type of prize.

How are sweepstakes winners selected?

At the end of the fundraiser, all tickets are entered into an automated random generator, which selects a winner for each prize completely at random.

How can I find out who won prizes from the sweepstakes fundraiser?

Once the fundraiser concludes, the full list of winners will be provided to the coaches and booster organizations. If you haven’t received a winner notification, you can reach out to your local team representative to view the list.
